Cancellation and Change Policy
Changes:
You can change any activity 72 hours or more before the activity begins. Changes can be made without fee or penalty.
Cancellations:
Any activity can be cancelled with 72 hours or more advanced notice. All activities cancelled by you result in a 5% total trip cost credit card processing fee.
Cancellations must be requested by the person that made the reservation. We do not accept calls from travel providers or a hotel concierge. This is to protect you from someone canceling your activity.
In the event an activity is cancelled by the captain and only the captain, for any reason, and you are unable to reschedule, you will receive an immediate 100% refund to your credit card.
Notification of a cancellation must be received by Capt. Greg Macfarlane 72 hours before the activity is to begin, via:

No email letters accepted
No mail letters accepted
No fax accepted
Any activity cancelled within 72 hours of the beginning of the activity by you result in a forfeiture of 100% of the total trip cost.
